Sundial tempts newbies with money-back promise

A conference venue operator has launched a money-back guarantee for new clients.

The Sundial Group is promising to refund 100% of booking costs if its service does not meet the clients’ expectations.

Claims must be made within seven days of the end of the event to which the claim relates.

The guarantee does not apply to circumstances that are “beyond reasonable control,” such as extreme weather conditions, terrorism, labour disputes and power cuts.

The group owns Highgate House in Northamptonshire, Woodside in Warwickshire and Barnett Hill in Surrey.
