CI Group aims to grow margins by £400,000 following Ellipsis deal

An award-winning marketing communications firm has snapped up a creative design and event production agency.
David Watt, CEO of CI Group, said the purchase of Covent-Garden based Ellipsis would help boost gross margins to £2.4m.
The deal will swell the company’s headcount to almost 50.
Watt said the move will allow the group to move into creative production.
Ellipsis joins Corporate Innovations and Roundtable in the CI full-service marketing communications stable.
Corporate Innovations and Roundtable will continue to work from their offices in Oxfordshire and London. Chris Hoskins will continue to manage Ellipsis.
