Conference@SaïdOxford is one of the UK’s leading conference, meeting and event providers with high quality function and event spaces and entertainment facilities.
There are two world-class venues to choose from, each equipped with the latest AV facilities and having a dedicated team on hand to take care of the detail.
Egrove Park, located two miles from Oxford city centre, is a residential business meeting venue in a parkland setting.
The purpose-built centre offers a first-class venue for business meetings of all kinds, whether you need a secluded setting in which the board can discuss strategy, or residential conference facilities to suit the larger events. There is a variety of rooms available, catering for 6-10 delegates, as well as the lecture theatre, which seats 110.
The dining room offers catering for a variety of functions including breakfast, buffet lunch and dinner or private dining.
The beautiful grounds are perfect for outdoor activities, including teambuilding away days, barbecues and receptions, while delegates are able to unwind using the leisure facilities and extensive grounds.
There are 63 en-suite bedrooms offering TVs and complimentary internet access.
The Park End Street venue is located in the city centre, with access to the adjacent train station. With the addition in 2012 of the West Wing, following a £28m investment, Park End Street venue offers a wide variety of facilities to the highest of standards.
The space has been used to hold events such as Skoll World Forum and Silicon Valley Comes to Oxford.
Conference@SaïdOxford also offers corporate Christmas dinners and wedding receptions.
