International meetings and event management agency Banks Sadler claims it will save 40 days of development time by replacing its existing reporting solutions with a business intelligence platform from Virginia-based Logi Analytics.
The agency has selected the US Logi Info business intelligence (BI) platform to replace its Crystal Reports and more quickly address the growing number of business analysis requests. The new platform will also introduce user self-service.
The Banks Sadler IT team says it looked at other possible solutions, including Excel tables, expansive CRM data sources and other internal and external systems, in its search for a platform that would quickly reveal patterns and trends across all sources without the headache of a major data integration exercise.
“I think it is the fastest sign-off for an IT investment I have ever had,” said Chris Taylor (pictured), head of systems development at Banks Sadler.
Banks Sadler, meanwhile, continues its global expansion programme, with its latest office opening in China.
