EVCOMference 2015, the two-day event planned by creative industry association EVCOM for the ACC Liverpool, 2-3 July,is to include two workshops from Engage for Success, a national movement committed to improving business practice.
Delegates will discover the four enablers of employee engagement and how to implement them into the workplace.
Jo Dodds (pictured) from Engage for Success says: “We believe it is most helpful to see employee engagement as a workplace approach designed to ensure that employees are committed to their organisation’s goals and values and able at the same time to enhance their own sense of wellbeing”.
In the second half of the morning, Co-Founder of Engage for Change, John Smythe will facilitate what is set to be a lively discussion entitled, ‘Content is the Problem’.
