Parker leaves Zibrant as senior structure gets shake up

Zibrant has announced a new senior team structure following a review of its brand architecture designed to enable clients to more easily identify Zibrant’s core services.

Director of the agency’s healthcare strategy, Richard Parker, and its head of client services, Sales, Jacqueline Freer, are both leaving “to pursue new opportunities”.
 
New key roles have also been created, with Alex James promoted to director of client engagement, where he will be responsible for Zibrant’s ongoing relationships with key accounts and for establishing relationships with new contract wins. 

Jon Harrison returns to Zibrant as operations director, venues, while the newly created commercial director role will be taken on by Adam Morris.
 
Commenting on his new role, James said: “I’m excited to take up this new role. The clear delineation between Zibrant Venues, Meetings Management and Zibrant LIVE! showcases our expertise and demonstrates the broad range of services we offer to corporates.”
 
Other promotions include Jo Beeson, Emma Hayward and Gemma Parkin being elevated to account directors; Sandra Collins to head of strategic communications, and Katie Duckett becoming business development manager. Jennifer Munro returns to Zibrant as business development director following maternity leave.
 
Zibrant claims a great start to 2015 with multiple client wins. It says the realignment of the organisational structure reflects its strategic growth and growing client relationships.

Other operational roles, including event producers, have been created.
