The agency, which is headquartered in London, is offering live meeting room availability and a managed service for bulk meeting space booking.

CEO Caleb Parker believes that meeting rooms are the last piece of the flexible workspace and mobile working puzzle. “While it’s true that technology has empowered us to ‘work anywhere’, often the work you are doing – a negotiation, a sales pitch, training courses, court reporting, a team meeting – is best conducted in a professional environment, not a noisy coffee shop or a busy hotel lobby, but a ‘somewhere’.

“ is in business to fix that problem,” he adds.

“The concept is exciting,” says Sarah Simes, director of sales at Corus & Laura Ashley Hotels. “The ability to search for and book meeting rooms with live availability is extremely beneficial for both venues and the end client.”

Founded in 2014, is the latest addition to the Search Office Space group of companies, set up by property entrepreneur Richard Smith in 1993.
