Universal’s new team to put people first

A tech company has created a new team to focus on
customer care.

Masterson has been appointed as client services manager at Universal Live,
based in Bradford.

She joins the firm from the marketing and events team
at the University of Bradford. She will take responsibility for marketing
and relationship building with clients.

Natasha O’Grady has been appointed as project and
marketing administrator. She joins from the Mix karaoke bar in Leeds where she
was sales, events and marketing manager.

The new team is working on a new website for the company which will
launch in spring.

Deborah Masterson said: “The new team will provide a
voice for the firm. There was no dedicated marketing team in place before this.
The move will allow us to show that the customer comes first. Before this, the
staff did not have the time to commit to marketing alongside the other
excellent jobs they were doing.”

Kirsty Waine, commercial director, said: “Client
relationships are at the core of our business and we are excited about this new
direction and added emphasis this will bring. We are committed to ensuring both
existing and new clients receive the best possible service”.
