New role for Robinson as Wilkinson leaves Grass Roots

Global customer engagement solutions provider Grass Roots announced 7 January that Hannah Wilkinson (pictured), the agency’s client services director, is to leave the Meetings & Events division in March 2015.

Wilkinson has decided to pursue a change of direction in her career, after 18 months with the agency. She had moved to Grass Roots in September 2014 from major competitor Zibrant where she worked for eight years.

She had led the Grass Roots M&E Client Services team through a period of restructuring and the division posted its best-ever year of trading in 2014.

Kevin Robinson is to step up from his role as group account director to take over the client services director role.

Divisional director for Grass Roots M&E Des Mclaughlin said he was sad to see Wilkinson go. “She has played an important part in aligning our Meetings & Events service offerings, which has been a key factor in our success this year. There is still much work to do and we are not complacent, but we predict further growth in the UK and also in our key international markets in 2015.

“My congratulations go to Kevin Robinson, who takes on the role of client services director. He is extremely capable and has fantastic relationships across the board. I know he will be a great success in 2015, and beyond, and will build on the great foundations that have been laid in 2014.”
