Malmaison Glasgow will be able to offer delegates new catering options following a £1.5m refurbishment of its event spaces and a new partnership with Scottish Michelin star chef Martin Wishart and his The Honours restaurant brand.
The four-star hotel is on the city’s West George Street and housed within a former Greek Orthodox Church.
The hotel has new private dining rooms and meeting spaces with flexible soundproof room dividers that can cater for 56 delegates. The spaces have fast Wi-Fi as well as the latest presentation technology equipment.
Malmaison Glasgow will continue to offer the group’s Business Bespoke meeting packages, which include a team of meetings and event specialists who can organise handpicked extras such as whisky tasting and ghost stories over dinner.
Malmaison CEO, Gary Davis said: “When we decided to refurbish the Glasgow venue we wanted to find something that would be really special. We believe that our partnership with The Honours brassiere will deliver stand out food for our meeting and event delegates.”
On January 23 2015 Malmaison Glasgow will host a meeting and event open day. Contact the hotel direct for further information.
