Leeds-based event agency XSEM is targeting growth of £1m in 2015 after experiencing what it describes as a ‘game-changing’ 12 months.
The event organisation and marketing experts, whose clients include Nisa, Molson Coors and PPG, predicts it will increase turnover to more than £4m next year, having just posted £3m in billings for its year ending 2014, including a net profit increase of £100,000.
“The last 12 months has seen a period of rapid growth for us,” says XSEM Director, Dan Bardgett. “We’ve strengthened the team considerably over that period and it has paid dividends including winning some marquee accounts.
The agency says it has already secured £3.5m in advance bookings for 2015.
The predicted £4m turnover more than doubles the £1.9m in billings the company posted in 2013.
This year, XSEM has expanded its operations into larger premises in Leeds’ regenerated media quarter; launched its own dedicated marketing arm, XSEM Insight; and has taken on four new staff, including a new Business Development Manager in Richard McClay.
