Caterer and event organiser Ampersand Events has appointed three new senior employees as part of its plans to grow the business further in 2015.
James Cairns is the new Executive Chef; Toks Akande joins as Head of Operations and Logistics; and Emma Moore becomes Client Relationship Manager.
Cairns joins from private aviation specialist Alison Price on Air, where as Executive Chef he led a brigade of 11 chefs; Akande previously worked at catering companies including Create, where she was Bespoke Operations Team Manager; and Moore joins from etc. venues where she worked across London for large corporate and charity clients.
Ampersand says the three roles will take clients on a ’cradle-to-grave’ journey from making the initial booking, to overseeing the event planning, and the final delivery of the day itself.
“We are building a dream team and scaling up as we continue to grow,” said Events Creative Director Natalie Mainwaring. “These three unite to deliver a seamless service for our clients.”
