The National Trust for Scotland has appointed Jayne Hinds as Business Development Manager for its north of Scotland venues.
Hinds joins the National Trust for Scotland after eight years with Historic Scotland, spent promoting Edinburgh and Stirling Castle to the events and incentives market within the UK and abroad. Prior to this, she worked overseas in the tourism industry.
Hinds will represent a portfolio of nine venues in the north of Scotland, stretching from Brodie Castle near Inverness to the House of Dun near Dundee. The collection also includes Crathes Castle, Fyvie Castle and Drum Castle.
“I began my career with VisitScotland in Aberdeen, so I am thrilled to be back in the north promoting some of the most spectacular venues in Scotland,” she says.
The National Trust for Scotland’s Unique Venues for Corporate Entertaining collection is made up of
19 historic properties across Scotland.
