Regus opens new centres in Aberdeen and Leicester

Global workplace provider Regus is to open a second business centre in Leicester (pictured) and third in Aberdeen.

The new centre in Leicester opens mid-October and features a top-floor terrace overlooking the city, a short walk from the train station. The Aberdeen location will open later in the year at the rapidly expanding ABZ Business Park next to Aberdeen Airport.

Both centres will provide a business lounge, virtual and serviced offices, meeting rooms and video conferencing.

Steve Purdy, UK Managing Director at Regus, commented: “Regus’ growth and investment in new locations is testament to increasing demand for flexible places to work that offer a productive environment for business people to touch down, meet, co-work or base a business.

“We expect strong take-up from local small businesses, start-ups and remote workers as well as national firms opening satellite offices and global businesses establishing a local footprint.”

Regus has 300 business centres in the UK, and a global presence across 104 countries. It is also rolling out a new breed of centres, called Regus Express, designed to help people co-work or hold productive meetings outside of a traditional office environment, such as in motorway service areas or retail parks. Regus Express at Birmingham Airport opens at the end of September.
