An innovative, opt-in bespoke hosted buyer programme has been launched for next year’s International Confex exhibition.
Confex Connect will offer three tiers, with exhibitors able to choose the number of pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings they would like to have each day and the number of pre-scheduled group presentations they would like to hold, therefore guaranteeing the number of qualified leads they will take away from the show.
At the top end, exhibitors could walk away with more than 50 qualified leads.
Buyers, selected through a rigorous vetting procedure, will include those who are responsible for planning, budgeting and managing meetings, events, conferences, conventions, training, exhibitions as well as business travel.
With representations from venue finding and events agencies, associations and societies, corporate, destination management companies, event organisers, meeting planners, charities and not for profit organisations, government organisations and professional conference organisers, organisers say there will be ample opportunity to establish new relationships and generate new business.
Buyers will also have the opportunity to choose who they would like to meet throughout the two days of the show and appointments will be matched based on both the exhibitor and buyer preferences.
Owned by Mash Media, International Confex is co-located with The Event Production Show and will take place on 18-19 February 2015, at Olympia London.
