Smart Group, a collection of hospitality, catering and event management businesses, has launched a social media campaign aimed at kick-starting the Christmas party season.
The campaign, ‘Smart people get to the party first’, saw a series of surprise photo shoots across London’s key commuter destinations, with partygoers mingling among unsuspecting commuters.
Smart says the campaign has been designed to encourage corporate and private event planners to book their seasonal festivities early.
The campaign also offers Twitter followers the chance to win a table at one of this year’s Smart Christmas Parties in London, Manchester or St. Albans.
Twitter followers are being encouraged to upload images of themselves in their party outfits using the hashtag #MySmartSelfie.
Smart Christmas hosts over 65,000 guests annually at four key sites in London, St Albans and Manchester.
