Garbett and Croneen expand Deeper Blue print in Asia

Wimbledon-based live communications agency Deeper Blue has struck a deal with Indian agency CIMGlobal, forming a new partnership venture, Deeper Blue Asia (DBA).
The partnership marks the agency’s entry into the Asian market and DBA aims to open for business later in 2014 in Bangalore.
“We are delighted to be operating in Asia, forming a strong partnership with such a well-respected agency group,” said Deeper Blue’s co-founder Jeremy Garbett.
“We think it’s particularly important to have a strong, professional regional alliance in place when undertaking any new agency introduction, and CIMGlobal have an excellent reputation in their own sector.”
CIMGlobal specialises in association management across the wider Asian region, as well as an increasing number of trade events in Europe and the Americas.
CIMGlobal founder and CEO Prasant Saha added: “We are thrilled to collaborate with Deeper Blue’s first step into Asia. The founders, Jeremy and Laurence, are both highly experienced and as agency principals want to be on the front-line themselves with their teams, which is really refreshing.”
Deeper Blue was established in 2009 and was recently recognised by The Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100 league table as one of the UK’s top 100 privately owned companies with the fastest growth over the past three years.
Laurence Croneen, who co-founded the agency with Garbett, added: “We find that our simple clear approach is working brilliantly in our European market and we firmly believe that this process – our ‘deeper blue-print’ – will help support and deliver real value for both existing and new brands in this important Asian region.”
