RPM’s Financial Director Robin Burman is to take responsibility for the production team at the London-based experiential marketing agency, following the departure of Board Director Rory Sloan.
The company has confirmed Sloan is to leave the business in order to explore new challenges.
Sloan worked for RPM for 15 years rising through the ranks from Junior Production Manager to Board Director and spearheading some of the agency’s most ambitious production projects.
Managing Director Dom Robertson told CN: “I am saddened both professionally and personally to see Rory go but recognise that the time is right for him to explore pastures new. Rory has been instrumental in helping RPM grow into the business it is today. He will be impossible to replace but we wish him well and know that he will always remain a good friend of the business”.
Sloan added: “It has been an amazing journey at RPM with plenty of experiences that will stay with me forever. I leave behind some incredible projects, fantastic colleagues and great friends but the time is right to look at new opportunities”.
Sloan remains on the board of industry association EVCOM, at least until its next AGM in 2015.
