Communications and events agency Zibrant is rolling out a new web-based venue-finding system.
The platform will be live across the business by December 2014, the agency says.
The platform’s new technology is designed to offer an end-to-end service delivered on one system. Key features include:
- A new online meetings tool for registering enquiries and tracking bookings
- A sophisticated reporting system using client and venue feedback
- MICE policy management support systems
- Benchmarking tools.
The agency promises the new system will deliver a cleaner and clearer presentation leading for a more user-intuitive user experience.
The system features interactive maps, comparison proposals and 24-hour access, enabling clients to browse over 34,000 venues.
Zibrant, part of the Motivcom group, claims the “watertight system” offers an assurance that confidential information will remain private and secure.
