London-based event and conference venue, The Brewery, hosted a special client event to celebrate a record-breaking summer season and showcase its secret garden venue.
A selected number of 170 guests, including clients and industry professionals attended the event. Guests enjoyed cocktails and summer delicacies prepared by The Brewery’s Executive Chef Tom Gore, including cured salmon and pea veloute and Kale and Gorgonzola canapés, as well as suckling pig rolls with crackling and apple and peach sauce, salmon and prawn ceviche with avocado and squash cake.
The Brewery says its marquee has proved “a great success” with the venue recording the highest revenue levels in June and July. The space hosted 37 parties, welcoming over 3,000 guests with 61 per cent occupancy during that period.
