Johnson & Johnson appoints Line Up for Dubai conference

London-based creative communications and live event agency Line Up has been appointed by health care firm Johnson & Johnson Middle East for its annual conference in Dubai, 14-17 September 2014.
 
The brand’s MENAP (Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan) Annual Meeting 2014, which will be hosted at The Oberoi Hotel in Dubai’s Business Bay, will see 230 delegates come together over four days for a series of plenary talks, breakout sessions and a gala dinner.
 
Line Up is responsible for designing all content and branding for the event and is shooting and editing a series of videos, plus event ‘stings’. The agency is also handling delegate acquisition, having designed a bespoke event website, and will oversee on-site delegate management, organising all entertainment and a gala dinner.
 
“This is a significant international event for Johnson & Johnson, designed to engage employees, regional distributors and local partners across Pakistan, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Morocco,” said Kath Wallace, Associate Director at Line Up. “We look forward to helping the firm create a truly memorable event.”
