HelpHarryHelpOthers benefits from NEC Group fundraising efforts

After a year of fundraising efforts, the NEC Group has raised over £21,000 for its employee-elected charity of the year, HelpHarryHelpOthers (HHHO).

Georgie Moseley, Chairman and Founder of HHHO, recently visited the National Exhibition Centre to receive the donation.

Employees from across the NEC Group raised the money through fundraising activities including making and selling bracelets, cake sales, a tuck shop, fun days, a quiz and contributions from staff ticket sales.

“HelpHarryHelpOthers is a great charity and one that has truly touched the hearts of the NEC Group employees,” said, John Hornby, Chief Operating Officer for the NEC Group, who presented Moseley with the cheque. “Georgie is truly inspirational and we wish her the very best for the future. I would like to thank each member of staff across the NEC Group who made a donation or helped with fundraising activities over the last 12 months.”

Moseley added: “HelpHarryHelpOthers has really enjoyed having the NEC Group as its charity partner. All management and staff have been instrumental in not only raising funds for HHHO but also in creating awareness for our charity so that we can do ’what we sat on the tin’?Help all those children and their families affected by cancer.”
