BI Worldwide reports 37% increase in turnover

Business improvement agency BI Worldwide has reported a 37 per cent increase in turnover for the year ending 30 June 2014.

The pre-audited results show turnover at £32.2m compared to £23.5m for the previous 12 months. The Milton Keynes-based agency is also reporting an 88 per cent growth in operating profit to £1.5m.

BI Worldwide now employs 170 associates compared to 140 a year ago and almost double the number it employed pre-recession.

“To grow our business at this rate is a credit to the team of people here at BI Worldwide,” said MD Mike Davies. “It is especially pleasing given that we grew by 20 per cent last year and have now almost doubled in size since 2011. Our original goal back then was to achieve this milestone by 2017.”

Davies added that the agency has seen a strong start to its new financial year and the aim is to recruit up to 20 more staff in the year ahead.
