Following the announcement that the 15th show in the annual All-energy series of exhibitions and conferences is to be held in Glasgow, 6 – 7 May 2015, half of the available spaces have now been reserved or booked.
“We are delighted that there has been such a positive result to the news that we are moving the UK’s largest renewable exhibition and conference to the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre,” says Event Director, Jonathan Heastie of Reed Exhibitions.Exhibitors from nine countries, including Belgium, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Switzerland and the UK, have booked stands for the event.
“Naturally it was a wrench leaving Aberdeen after so many years of successful growth, but the time was deemed right for a change of venue to ensure that we continue to connect the UK supply chain who participate in All-Energy to new contacts from both national and international trading locations.
Heastie adds its post event survey of both exhibitors and visitors has shown a high proportion from north and south of the border are enthusiastic about the move to Glasgow, with the event tracking ahead of last year.
Glasgow will hold its first themed year in 2015 – a Green Year, with All-Energy as one of its showcase events in this programme of city-wide initiatives aimed at getting local businesses and communities involved in sustainability.
All-Energy 2014 saw 400-plus conference and seminar speakers in over 50 conference, share fair and seminar sessions with over 95 hours of content.
