Center Parcs Sherwood Forest has reported an increase in its conference and event bookings with enquires leading to growth of 69 per cent in the first quarter. The figure builds on a 29 per cent rise in the previous quarter.
Increasing interest from the IT, pharmaceutical, retail, insurance and financial sectors have all contributed to Center Parcs Sherwood Forest’s healthy start to its financial year, the management says.
“Center Parcs Sherwood Forest has always been a poplar destination for corporate event organisers,” says Daniel Whittemore, Head of Corporate Sales for Center Parcs Conferences and Events. “I put the recent boost in performance down to affordable rates introduced at the start of the year plus the wealth of experience held by the events team at Sherwood Forest as it gives clients the confidence to book with us.”
