International flexible workspace provider Regus is set to open its 10th business centre in Manchester, within the newly refurbished Lowry Mill development in Swinton.
The centre will provide meeting rooms as well as serviced offices.
Regus UK CEO John Spencer said: “Lowry Mill is an exciting addition to our network in Manchester. We expect strong take-up from local small businesses, start-ups and remote workers as well as national firms opening satellite offices and global businesses establishing a footprint in the North West.”
Lowry Mill Property Manager, Mike Lamplough, added: “We are delighted that Regus will be opening a business centre in Lowry Mill, and are currently working on fitting out the space to Regus’ requirements, enabling them to offer a wide variety of flexible workspace options to customers.”
Regus has 300 business centres across the UK, and a presence across 104 countries. The company is also rolling out a new breed of centres – called Regus Express – designed to help people co-work or hold productive meetings outside of a traditional office environment, such as in motorway service areas or retail parks.
The first Regus Express on the M6 opens at Sandbach South services later this year, and one is already open at Broughton Shopping Park in Chester.
