Grass Roots grows Customer Engagement division

Communications and event production agency Grass Roots has announced new hires to its Customer Engagement division.
 
Victoria Strutt joins the team as Client Partner. She comes from Tullo Marshall Warren were she was most recently responsible for managing the customer programmes for HSBC and Wealth Management.
 
Chris Lewis joins as Client Partner, looking after telecoms clients. He joins from The Global Insight Group where he was responsible for customer engagement programmes for Domino’s and Arriva, among others.

Rafe Hyatt joins the business development team from ChannelAdvisor. He will be supporting pipeline acquisition and Natalie Beecroft fills the Marketing Manager role for the division, bringing B2B technology marketing experience from roles held with Microsoft, RedPrairie and JDA.

Adam Goran, Divisional Director, said it was an exciting time for the Grass Roots Customer Engagement division. “People are our biggest asset and we’re excited to add to our great team.”
Grass Roots has offices in 15 locations throughout the world and boasts 14,000 clients, including 41 of the FTSE 100.
