London-based events and communications agency Live Union will host its third ’Ideas Exchange’ on 20 June aboard the Silver Sturgeon, with confirmed attendees including representatives from Philips, Oracle, Barclays, Visa Europe, L’Oreal, Post Office and Deloitte.
The Live Union Ideas Exchange is a regular forum for senior corporate internal communication and event directors to meet, make new connections and discuss the opportunities and challenges they face.
Each Ideas Exchange focuses on a range of topics that reflect the changing tole of events within internal communications. Ideas Exchange 3 will include discussion on engaging distributed employees through hybrid events; designing highly participative formats; and using digital channels to achieve more precise evaluation.
“We find that clients really enjoy stepping outside their own organisation to share ideas and challenges with peers in similar roles at different businesses,” said MD of Union Live Steve Eakins.
Jez Paxman, Live Union’s Creative Strategy Director, added: “With a maximum of 20 attendees and a format that encourages open debate, the Ideas Exchange starts conversations and relationships that continue well beyond the event.”
