Contract and event catering firm Fare of London is to run two summer-themed events in its Taste of Fare series at the HAC (Honourable Artillery Company) on the 15 July and the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) on the 17 July.
The events are designed to showcase the summer cuisine on offer at each venue, with barbecue demonstrations from Fare of London’s chefs and masterclasses on wine, cheese and summer desserts.
Fare of London says its Taste of Fare events were set up as a series of seasonally themed demonstration and tasting events to take place at client venues. Last year’s events attracted 150 guests.
“We’re delighted to be hosting the next Taste of Fare events at two new venues this summer,” says Fare of London Sales and Marketing Director, Nick Le May. “With the RCP celebrating the 50th anniversary year of their venue, it’s great to be showcasing its fantastic events offering.”
Fare of London MD John Durden, added: “We’ve been so pleased with the success of the Taste of Fare series. The events have given us a great opportunity to showcase the skills of our most talented chefs. With intimate demonstrations and accessible recipes to try at home, they have proven to be an enjoyable evening for our guests.”
Previous Taste of Fare events have taken place at Furniture Makers’ Hall, Ironmongers’ Hall and The Royal Pharmaceutical Society.
