New initiative from Trinity and and Lincolnshire-based Trinity Event Solutions are to take a new common approach to international venue finding and will share resources in an initiative designed to make the process quicker and easier for organisers.

The plan is to improve quality of leads also to overseas venues.

The companies say they intend to increase the level of international data, bringing it in line with UK venues. Emphasis on a more consultative approach, the partners says, will mean one point of contact for enquiries so that they can be qualified and given to the most appropriate venues to match the clients’ criteria.

The partnership also promises to manage enquiries to help venues understand the priorities among the large volume of online and email traffic that is currently being generated.

Jacqui Kavanagh, MD of Trinity says: “This new approach will combine good buying and creativity for event organisers, whilst at the same time help hotels and venues convert enquiries to confirmed business more quickly.”
