Coventry-based booking agency Conference Care has won a contract with HIT Training for venue finding and event management services provision.
HIT Training is a specialist training and apprenticeship provider for the UK’s hospitality, hotel and catering industry. Since 2006, HIT has assisted 40,000 learners at over 7,000 employer sites across the country.
Conference Care had already supported HIT with some meetings and events services before formally presenting to Managing Director, Jill Whittaker, a plan designed to ensure a streamlined booking process for HIT including significant savings.
Chris Peacock, Director at Conference Care, said: “HIT Training and Conference Care share extensive industry experience, as well as the ethos of striving for quality and excellence in all we do. We welcome the opportunity to work more closely with them.”
Whittaker said: “Conference Care offers tremendous value to HIT by providing a seamless booking process, transparency of spend and a bespoke strategic meetings management service. We are pleased to have formalised the relationship and are looking forward to the future.”
