Cambridge-based conference venue, Robinson College has launched a news service package designed to help organisers engage with delegates before, during and after their event.
The college unveiled Media+ as the latest offer in its Service+ portfolio of services. The new package includes PR and promotional support leading up to the conference day; a tailored social media strategy; and a post-event evaluation report, including cost-analysis and ROI. Organisers will also have the option to include large screen Twitter feeds in conference, dining and public spaces to encourage live tweeting during the event.
“It is important for us to offer our clients services they can really benefit from,” says Conference and Catering Manager Nick Milne. “Organisers are always looking at ways to get people talking about their events, so we have developed Media+ to create opportunities for our customers to engage with their attendees using the latest media tools available.”
