The International Special Events Society (ISES) UK Chapter has announced the appointment of two new board members, Metro Broadcast’s Business Development Manager, Terence Corness (pictured) and former Creative Director of the Freeman Company, Robert Dunsmore.
Corness joins the board as the new Director of Education and will be responsible for content at ISESTALKS networking events and ISESPOWERHOURS. He will also evolve seminar programmes at industry trade shows and engage with key universities to develop an ISES Scholarship programme.
Dunsmore, meanwhile, will act as a creative consultant and develop partnerships with the Creative Sector Services (CSS) initiative.
Both new board members will be formally announced to the membership at the ISESTALKS event at One Horse Guards, in London, on 17 March.
ISES UK President, Jane Hague, says: “Terence and Robert have been great supporters of ISES and the association will be much stronger with them on board. I am pleased to welcome both of them and look forward to working alongside them collectively and in their individual positions to develop our educational and creative event programmes even further.”
The ISES UK team also brings its ISES creative showcase to International Confex this week at Olympia London (12-13 March).
ISES UK will be launching on stand J52 its ’Live Experience Creatives’, a community of senior creative professionals chaired by Jez Paxman from Live Union.
