Incentive scheme launched by Lane End to mark 45th anniversary

Independent training and development centre, Lane End Conference Centre in Buckinghamshire, has launched a new incentive scheme to mark its 45th anniversary this year.

The initiative is designed to recognise and reward clients and venue-finding agencies who recommend the centre to colleagues and industry contacts.

“Over the past 45 years we have held an estimated 20,000 events at Lane End,” says Sales and Marketing Manager, Heni Fourie. “To mark this milestone we are planning a series of events for clients and booking agents throughout the year, starting with the launch of a new customer advocacy scheme.”

Advocates of the centre will receive a £100 voucher for when their recommendations turn into confirmed events, and venue agencies who confirm new business stand to receive 10 per cent commission, which will rise to 15 per cent if levels exceed £150,000.

Lane End Conference Centre has a range of client and agency-focused events in place to commemorate its 45th anniversary. These include a Luxury Chocolate Making Day in May presented by expert chocolatier Paul Hargreaves and a Family Fun Day in September. A gala event is also planned for Lane End’s top clients at the end of the year.
