Fresh celebrates growth of video offering with top 50 ranking

Full-service creative communications agency, The Fresh Group, has been ranked at number 22 in the Televisual top 50 corporate producers for 2014.

The UK-wide survey uses size, turnover, staff numbers and reputation among its peers to calculate the listings for the magazine.

Fresh’s inclusion this year comes off the back of growth in the breadth of work for the video department that includes a successful programme of films and projection mapping for Santander’s annual convention, motion graphics for the BBC Bollywood Live, a 3D animation for Ford, a logo sting for The Big Bang Fair and two radio ad campaigns for United Utilities.

Current developments at Fresh include experimentation with virtual reality system Oculus Rift for a top-secret client project. Fresh says it will be using the software to bring a VR experience to life.

“The placement in the survey is a fantastic achievement and is an indicator of the amazing growth and quality of work that is currently being produced by the team at Fresh,” says Director of Video, Michael McCabe. “2014 promises to be our biggest and most successful year to date and we are planning to break the top 10 next time.”

The video team at Fresh has nine full time members and is currently recruiting for a producer to join its creative team.
