Specialist hospitality communications agency Custard Communications has announced a series of B2B and consumer contract renewals this month, including clients The Westminster Collection, Alton Towers Resort (pictured), The Clink Charity and Tudor Farmhouse Hotel & Restaurant.
The agency’s MD Petra Clayton says: “Word of mouth referrals account for 95 per cent of our business and I’m proud to have bred a culture of loyalty and personal development within my team that’s enabled us to strengthen and expand the services we provide to our loyal clients.”
Custard has added 18 months to its existing three-year working relationship with London venue marketing consortium The Westminster Collection (TWC).
TWC Marketing Director Robin Parker adds: “Custard’s advice on both business and marketing matters has enabled us to increase membership and build a stable structure.”
Chris Moore, Chief Executive of The Clink Charity pointed out Custard had managed the national press launch of The Clink Restaurant at HMP Brixton.
