ACC Liverpool’s production team has won three contracts to provide technical services for conferences and exhibitions.
NHS Confederation, British Association of Urological Surgeons and Accelerate 2014 have all chosen to keep production and technical in-house at the venue, home to BT Convention Centre and Echo Arena, following a tender process.
The three repeat events take place in June this year and are expected to attract 5,300 delegates.
Each of the events will take elements from At Your Service, the venue’s menu of value added services for organisers.
NHS Confederation returns to ACC Liverpool for the fourth time and will be live video streaming its conference.
Accelerate 2014 will see full production including a host of video and animation content creation, graphics and stage set design, as well as stage management for the VIP line-up.
For the British Association of Urological Surgeons, ACC Liverpool will provide full production including speaker preview for 11 concurrent sessions and a twin-screen stage set.
Nigel Clarke, ACC Liverpool Production Manager, Sales and Business Development, said: “As much as we welcome providing support for production agencies, it is encouraging to build up a portfolio to show our range of in-house services.”
Eija Hakkinen, Interim Head of Events at NHS Confederation, said: “We have built up a strong relationship with ACC Liverpool over a number of years and were impressed with how the production department understood our vision and interpreted this by providing a host of creative options, all within budget.”
