The Best Western Plus Pinewood on Wilmslow Hotel has unveiled a £1.4m spring refurbishment which will see 17 new jobs created and a new restaurant option for conference diners.
The new 85-seat ground floor restaurant will mean conference delegates on daily and residential rates will be able to dine overlooking the gardens.
An events manager is one of the new posts up for recruitment at the hotel and GM John Scott views the new investment as a continuation of three years of work to develop the hotel’s reputation as a provider of high levels of hospitality and service.
“Our corporate and leisure business has grown by 23 per cent and so additional guest rooms are a must for us to capitalise on this success.”
The four-star Best Western Plus Pinewood on Wilmslow is set in its own private gardens close to the town of Wilmslow in south Manchester. It offers 58 en-suite bedrooms and five function rooms for up to 150 theatre style.
