Leatherhead-based event communications agency, Touch Associates, has reported a net profit before tax of £242,269 with a turnover of £4,691,982 for 2013.
“These figures are very satisfying for our second year since launching our new business,” says Director, Patrick Collins. “Our client strategy is simple; as Touch Directors we will continue to be heavily involved on a day to day basis with our clients. Building those key strategic relationships is critical to our ongoing success and that includes the tactical project delivery.”
Director Mike Ford, adds: “Our passion is always to focus on engagement; be it staff, customers or channel, our clients are seeking ways in which they can truly engage with their audiences and build and cement greater relationships.”
Four months into its new fiscal year, Touch says its first quarter saw forecasts exceeded by 25 per cent. “We are expecting to see the business sales double, with 35 per cent of the business being creative communications work,” says Collins.
In early 2013, Touch opened its first overseas office in New Jersey, USA.
