The Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and International Confex have agreed a partnership that will see the global association provide senior, leadership level content for the show’s visitors this year.
PCMA delivered a series of high profile speakers at the 2013 event, including decision-makers from brands including Nike, Cisco, Thomson Reuters, IBM and Microsoft. The association will curate two educational sessions each featuring highly regarded experts in the field of corporate and association meetings.
The sessions will cover the healthcare sector and will feature experts from both European and UK associations and corporates. The first session will look at association meetings, taking a 360 view of the sector, as well as debating key trends in events, case studies and practical advice for the healthcare professional.
The second session will provide a corporate perspective of medical meetings and events, including insights from pharmaceutical and biotech companies as well as specialist healthcare agencies.

The association is widely accepted as one of the world’s leading places for thought leading education, recently delivering the Global Medical Meetings Summit at Excel London and the Global Corporate Summit at the SECC in Glasgow.
International Confex recently announced a series of other industry partnerships as well as an industry leading steering group.
Registration for the show is now open and free for event professionals. The exhibition will take place 12-13 March 2014 at Olympia London.
