Line Up celebrates winning a global award from Volvo

Experiential and live events agency Line Up has won a Volvo Quality Excellence Award, which recognises the company as a top global supplier to Volvo Cars Corporation.

The status was awarded to 22 companies from across the world by from a preferred indirect suppliers list that runs into tens of thousands. Line Up was the only British company to win an award in this category in 2013.

The award was given in recognition of Line Up’s work for Volvo over the last seven years.

Last year, Line Up was responsible for staging a world class experience for 1,600 Dealer Principals in Gothenburg. The event revealed future concepts such as the Concept Coupé subsequently previewed by the press at Frankfurt.

The Volvo award follows the news that the agency recently achieved ISO 9001 certification.

“We are thrilled to have rounded off 2013 with such a prestigious award from Volvo,” said Line Up MD, Rob Leach. “This award is very special to us, as it is only given to companies which have made a significant commercial contribution to Volvo’s success. To have been picked out from tens of thousands of suppliers, covering every aspect of Volvo’s business, is an achievement we’re all proud of.”
