Lane End shapes up with new leisure centre

Buckinghamshire-based Lane End Conference Centre has unveiled plans to build a new sports and leisure centre at its 26-acre site.
Work will commence on the new double-storey building at the conference centre later this year.
The new purpose-built centre will provide state-of-the-art sports and fitness facilities for visitors to the venue.
The new leisure centre will run alongside the conference centre’s current range of outdoor sports facilities including a nine-hole golf course, two tennis courts and a five-a-side football pitch.
Heni Fourie, Sales and Marketing Manager at the conference centre, said: “As part of our ongoing commitment to deliver the highest standard of facilities for guests, we have worked closely with our architects to create the ultimate work out and relaxation space.
“Alongside a modern gym, steam room and sauna, the building will incorporate a full size indoor sports hall; this means we can accommodate activities such as volleyball and five-a-side football all year round.”
