The Association of British Professional Conference Organisers (ABPCO) has elected new members to its Executive Committee including representatives from TFI Meeting Point and Azura Events.
New members of the Executive Committee include Caroline Windsor from TFI Meeting Point, Celia Lloyd from Intelligent Events, Clare Beach from Azura Events and Ruth Kaye from Wembley.
“Being part of ABPCO’s Executive Committee is a vital role and our new members bring with them a wealth of experience,” says Jennifer Jenkins, Chair of ABPCO and MD of MCI UK (pictured). “They are a true representation of our membership and the wider industry as a whole. As ABPCO strengthens its position as a leading industry organisation, the Executive Committee’s input will benefit our future activities as we build on the success of the last 12 months.”
ABPCO’s Executive Committee is made up of the Chairman; five others drawn from the association’s full members; one associate member; one corporate member and one friend member. Executive Committee members are elected to serve for a three-year period.
The Full Executive Committee will be:

- Anthony Hyde – Treasurer

- Nicola Crossland – Campaign and New Member Acquisition
- Niamh Mangan – Campaign and New Member Acquisition
- Pam Aston – In-house PCO Liason
- Aileen Crawford – New Member Acquisition
- Rhodri Thomas – Academia Liason
- Caroline Windsor
- Celia Lloyd
- Clare Beach
- Ruth Kaye.
“Our committee members are central to our ongoing success as has been clearly demonstrated in the past and I thank the departing committee members for all their hard work and dedication. We would not have been able to shape ABPCO into the organisation it is today without their input,” Jenkins adds.
