Contract and event catering firm Fare of London held its second Taste of Fare food demonstration and tasting events in London, 26 – 27 November.
Meetings industry buyers were hosted at two of Fare of London’s client venues, Ironmongers’ Hall in the City and The Royal Pharmaceutical Society in Lambeth.
Having launched the debut event in July to showcase Fare of London’s summer dishes, the second Taste of Fare in the series kick started the festive season focusing on traditional food and beverages. The evenings involved interactive cooking demonstrations, cocktail making and take-away recipes from the firm’s chefs and mixologists.
“After the success of the initial summer event we decided to host the second Taste of Fare event at two of our client venues to accommodate demand and reach a wider audience. We received some great feedback from the first event and the uptake so far has been fantastic,” said Managing Director John Durden.
