King Communications boosts delegate numbers at Annual Hotel Conference

The 10th Annual Hotel Conference (AHC) attracted 600 delegates representing a national, sector-wide audience to the Hilton Deansgate Manchester (16-17 October) and included 24 education sessions and multiple networking opportunities for delegates.

The AHC was project managed by King Communications, which claims it has delivered a 288 per cent increase in the number of delegates, 600 per cent increase in the number of sponsors and exhibitors and organised a 400 per cent increase in the number of sessions at the event since taking over the organising. It also claims to have increased revenue generated from delegate registration by 880 per cent in that four-year period.

The conference theme, Seize the Day, was echoed throughout the two-day event.

“To have been responsible for significant growth across all areas of the conference from the operational aspects like the number of sessions included to the revenue growth from delegate and sponsorship sales is a positive feeling for us,” Claire King, Owner of King Communications, said. “We are thrilled to have been able to deliver above and beyond for our clients and get a huge sense of personal achievement from working on The AHC.”
