Event management agency Evolve Events has created a Health Check for annual events to help venues and organisers deliver better-quality events.
The Health Check programme has been designed to help in-house team and organisers, both London-based and abroad, review their upcoming event, free of charge.
Evolve Events says it introduced the initiative following demand from its clients to find fresh ways to engage audiences and differentiate their events from previous years.
Evolve Events’ Health Check includes:
- Visiting the client to discuss the event, the brief and how to deliver the key messages and improve ROI
- Devising a critical path document to work to in order to help manage budgets and timelines
- Support when sourcing the venue and advice on event design
- Finding different ways to engage with the audience compared to previous years.
“Organising an annual event is a time-consuming business and finding ways to build on the success of last year’s event can sometimes be daunting,” says MD of Evolve Events, Gary Peters (pictured). “Reviewing repeat events and considering what can be improved and differentiated from previous years is crucial to the success of the next event’ the Health Check programme has been introduced to help with all these stages.”
