Emirates Old Trafford’s Pavilion officially unveiled

The £7.5m redevelopment of the Pavilion at Emirates Old Trafford, the home of Lancashire County Cricket Club (LCCC), has been officially unveiled.

Built in 1895, Emirates Old Trafford says the recent restorations and rejuvenation was required to meet the needs of the modern game and further enhance the facilities already provided by The Point.

The construction work carried out has married the building’s character and heritage with new facilities for use by LCCC members, guests and delegates.

“The unveiling was our opportunity to show the venue off at its very best and judging from the positive comments received, we achieved our aim,” says Venue Sales Manager at Emirates Old Trafford, Angela Hodson. “The Pavilion now allows for large-scale events taking place in The Point to use the venue for breakout rooms, workshops and syndicate spaces. It also gives us the opportunity to cater for smaller meetings and events.

The venue is able to accommodate up to 700 delegates using eight suites and nine executive boxes.
