A social media agency for the events, travel and tourism sectors, Ginger Juice, has been set up by Bruce Martin. Ginger Juice will provide three social media services: outsourced activity, coaching and social media ‘health-checks’.
The business launches with several clients already on board including World Travel Market – Latin America, World Travel Market – Africa and Trinidad & Tobago Tourism.
Martin has spent 20 years working in the travel industry. He stepped down as Operations Director of OTT (Online Travel Training) in May 2013 after six and a half years. Prior to OTT, he worked as Operations Director for New Frontiers Recruitment. He has also worked from C&M Recruitment and GTA.
“Social media has always been a passion of mine and I’ve always enjoyed doing it well and seeing the benefits it can bring to businesses,” says Martin. “Smart travel and event organisations now understand that social media is a valuable business activity, however, many struggle to find the time to do it and do well enough to see real returns.”
