Excel London’s International Convention Centre has re-configured its ICC Auditorium to “meet the needs of its clients” following research and customer feedback.
Excel London says it has seen a 25 per cent increase in its conference and events business in 2013, with a record year for associations and events for brands including Adobe, Salesforce.com, Oracle, Cisco, PwC and Ford.
“It is important that we continue to invest not only in our facility but in the guest experience,” says Excel London Executive Director, James Rees. “We are welcoming premium brands to the ICC and therefore it’s crucial that we have a product and service to match.
“While our sales team are the face of Excel and the ICC, we are taking steps to ensure that our event managers are equally part of our brand, with a new corporate image that reflects the first-class service our clients expect.”
Excel London recently announced it was to offer free, basic WiFi across its entire venue and invested in upgrading the Wi-Fi infrastructure to offer the latest technology available.
