International hotel chain, Corinthia Hotels, has launched its Events at Corinthia standard across its hotels in Europe, Russia and North Africa.
Events at Corinthia offers seven ’distinct promises’ and has been designed to meet the growing demand for meetings that provide a unique and professional experience for delegates, says the group.
Events at Corinthia’s ‘Seven Promises’ include enquiry feedback within 24 hours and a customised page on Corinthia.com. This tailor-made web page can include display maps, agendas and meeting details as well as offering a function which allows delegates to register directly for their event.
Each meeting is also allocated a dedicated event assistant to give exclusive support throughout the event, while organisers are guaranteed 24-hour access to onsite event experts through the provision of a complimentary mobile phone pre-programmed with credit and important contact details.
Additionally, Corinthia provides complimentary Wi-Fi in all of the hotels’ guestrooms, meeting spaces, breakout rooms and public areas. Meeting planners will also have access to their own event room at least 60 minutes beforehand and an upgraded suite for the group organiser at no extra charge.
